(scroll down for more details)

In the rolling hills of the Anderson Valley of Mendocino County, California, come taste stillness and re-member your embodied self.   This 3 night/4 day retreat is focused on the returning to our senses, discovering a world ensouled as we delve into our own inner landscapes and welcome the natural world as it seeps into us at a cellular level.. This is a retreat where an inquiry into the nature of the self is found in the mirror of nature.
This retreat is designed to support you in renewing your physical, emotional and spiritual resilience at a time of great demand and stress.

We will call upon contemplative practices, mindfulness meditation, prayer, traditional shamanic journeys, nature -based meditations (both stillness and movement) and some earth-based ritual.  There will be sharing in mindful council and holding a space for dreamtime inquiry while holding a respect for deep silence and introversion for renewal.  We will invite our selves to see the sacredness of the natural world and welcome that moment when we are apprehended by elements of the natural world and may dialog with a world ensouled.  The core of the practice will be contained in the journeys into our inner landscapes where we can form deep connection with allies who can inform our actions and perceptions in the outer landscapes of our lives.
There will be solo contemplative time on the land completed with council style sharing.

This retreat will be of value to those interested in personal regeneration, enhanced creativity and wellness, and heightened spiritual awareness. It is an excellent adjunct to therapy, as well as a powerful method of self-care for helping professionals.  Self-care is encouraged during the retreat.

This retreat is open to anyone who yearns for a deep retreat and renewal of energy.
For the psychotherapists who attend, it will be an embodied teaching of deep retreat with just enough didactic practice to have witness to the personal process without interrupting your inner process.

The retreat will be hosted at a private retreat center which includes over 600 acres of rolling grasslands, expansive views and extensive trails amidst a rich and bio-diverse ecosystem in the rolling inland hills of Mendocino County.
